A Cardinal in Snow




Joan was headed to Brooklyn to visit our Grandchildren and so I painted some birds for them.

This one is for Mathilde and is called "A Cardinal in Snow." It is painted on a 6 x 6 canvas board in Acrylics using the Bokeh effect for the snow.

Ice Cream at Hilltop

My entry into the 1st Annual Travis Country Art Show is called " Ice Cream at Hilltop ." Artists were asked to depict a summertime activity we enjoy in our neighborhood. Is there any better refreshment during the summer than enjoying an ice cream cone before heading back into the pool? Art will be displayed at the Hilltop Pool on July 4th.
